Book-FitForLifeYears ago, when we decided to research into eating healthier, we came across Harvey Diamond’s books – the principle is simple –

– combine food correctly

– vegetables and whole grains (note, not just carbs, but healthy grains)

– vegetables and meat protein

– fruits

– melon apart from other fruits

From each group above, you can further research into high and low sugar fruits, high and low carb fruit/veg. etc.

Improper food combinations cause toxemia, therefore causing a host of health problems.

Hubby lost 80 pounds when he did this diet back then.  Eating with proper food combinations actually made us FEEL good.
