Not Tom Wu Smoothie

But it is fantastic – I am making myself a smoothie in the morning after hubby does his – mine is usually lemon, whatever berries and a fresh young coconut, plus lecithin, bee pollen.   I’m going with the logic of organic, fresh and easily digestible – I try to eat fruits/vegs until noon anyway so the smoothie works out great.

NOTE: pranic healing does advise a diet plentiful in whole grains, fruits and vegetables, that is, food closest to the earth, as such foods are more abundant in prana.
