Salad Salad Salad

THIS WAS REALLY GOOD – must have been the time the salad sit in the fridge to marinate.

Salad for dinner instead of the tomatoes thing over brown rice like I planned – all that dim sum for lunch, enough reason for greens and flaxseed oil.

The usual except I made this ahead of time.

Slivered kale, thinly sliced red onions, julienned carrots, juice of a whole lemon, flaxseed oil, Braggs Amino Acid, sea salt – let sit in fridge for a couple of hours, the taste is less green and the kale does soften, great tasting salad after the lunch we had.

NOTE: I save the lemon skin and inside for tomorrow morning’s smoothie – it’s organic, so waste not.
