Amla Berry – Vitamin C from Tapioca

AmlaBerryAmla berry is a coverted ayurvedic fruit that is rich in vitamin C – I was introduced to this by herballygrounded.com and have been using it whenever we can for my husband and myself.  I encapsulated them in the veggie caps but it is not the easiest to do so I now add them to our smoothies etc. –  – the amla powder is very thick, unlike most powdered supplements.  I bought mine from herballygrounded.com and also in bulk from http://www.znaturalfoods.com (about$20 a pound or lesser if you buy a five pond order.)

NOTE: We did not realise some of the Vitamin C we had taken in the past might have been synthetic ( just like so many vitamins are synthetic.)  We asked Nevada Clinic for the source of the Vitamin C being fed to hubby intravenously – they said tapioca!!!
