Hubby’s Hummus

Hubby’s Hummus –

Ingredients

Canned garbanzo beans

Avocado (flesh only)

Whole lemon (skin and seeds too)

Garlic

Cilantro

Parsley

Sea salt

Olive oil

Blend in vitamix.  I use organic so I throw the whole lemon into the blender.

According to Dr Tom Wu (although I’m sure he’s not the only one), seeds and skins are healthy (referring to organic fruits) – but for this, I would not include the avocado skin and seed, for something else, I would add part of an avocado seed.  Not sure about the skin, need to research that.
